Progress Update
St. Joseph’s Medical Clinic was dedicated to the memory of Joe Stanley on May 1, 2026. Among the attendees were Dr. Tom, his son Paul and daughter Tina. Also Carl and Paula Califano and their son Dr. John Along with Bill and Mary Love.
FOOD PROGRAMS:
Ongoing food and clothing distribution as well as lunch service now serving 150 people in need weekly.
MEDICAL/DENTAL PROGRAMS:
In January of 2026, Dr. Tom created permanent medical charts for 370 of the residents and 120 priests, brothers and sisters.
Vaccination programs began in April of 2026 and will be ongoing annually.
Medical and dental clinics have been completed including a pharmacy and are now fully operational.
UPCOMING: Dr. Tom will complete the creation of the medical charts for ongoing care of the missionaries, residents and community.
Soon, we will welcome medical professionals willing to help provide care.
INFRASTRUCTURE / BUILDING:
A new metal roof has recently been installed at the Jacob’s Well center.
The medical / dental clinic has been completed and is now operational.
Several outdoor seating areas have been constructed and now being used daily by our residents. Storage and medicine cabinets were made and installed at two centers.
UPCOMING: New block walls and a roof will be added to provide shower areas for the residents at the Lords Place Center as well as a new roof structure to provide additional covered space.
