FOOD PROGRAMS:

• Ongoing food and clothing distribution as well as lunch service now serving 150 people in need weekly.

• Meals being provided to 4000 inmates in the men’s and women’s penitentiaries for Christmas and Easter.

MEDICAL/DENTAL PROGRAMS:

• In January of 2026, Dr. Tom created permanent medical charts for 370 of the residents and 120 priests, brothers and sisters.

• Vaccination programs began in April of 2026 and will be ongoing annually.

• Medical and dental clinics have been completed including a pharmacy and are now fully operational.

• UPCOMING: Dr. Tom will complete the creation of the medical charts for ongoing care of the missionaries, residents and community.

• Soon, we will welcome medical professionals willing to help provide care.

INFRASTRUCTURE / BUILDING:

• A new metal roof has recently been installed at the Jacob’s Well center.

• The medical / dental clinic has been completed and is now operational.

• Several outdoor seating areas have been constructed and now being used daily by our residents. Storage and medicine cabinets were made and installed at two centers.

• UPCOMING: New block walls and a roof will be added to provide shower areas for the residents. A new roof structure is being constructed in the same center to provide additional covered space.
